Pack'n'play at ASMO

I am travelling with twin 2 yr olds and when I made my reservation I asked for 2 pack n plays. The castmember stated that there is one in the room and she would request a second but I am not sure of all value rooms already have pack n plays in them. This may be the case but I have never stayed there. We leave in a week for our short stay. Should I call to be sure they have it noted to have 2 pack n plays?

Yes definitely call and note your reservation that you are requesting 2 pack-n-plays. The CM you spoke to was wrong, there isn't one already in the rooms. Just be aware, by noting your reservation you are just letting them know ahead of time that you would like 2 of them. They will NOT be in your room when you arrive. You will need to call housekeeping from your room and ask them to bring them to you. Your room isn't officially your room until you check in, so they can't/won't have them in the room waiting for you.
