Packing tips!! need help.

So I send down a box before all of our trips ahead of time. When I send down muffins or bread,no matter what I do It always ends up a little squished!. So I thought of no better place togo then here on Dis!. So to give you a little Idea of what I am planing to pack, of course the bread, soda(the small 12oz plastic bottles) maybe two 12 packs, a coffie pot for the room. Thats what I got for now,there Is more but for the other stuff I am not really concern about. I can ship the soda In a sepreat box If needed so If it takes two thats ok. So any Input would be great thanks

Have you ever checked out Garden Grocer? We used to either pack or ship food too but found them a couple years ago. It's an online grocery store and they'll deliver the food right to your room!

You know whenI started writeing this,I actually was thinking about that very same site. But heres my dilmma, I would hate to pay shipping charges and the deilevery cost, and shipping cost. I know at this point I am arguing nickel and dimes, but I guess Its more the point of double paying for one thing. I am going to have to ship regardless, but on the other hand the food from garden grocrie Is fresh and un-squished, big point!.

If we wantd to have it deleverd before we get there?,does Garden Grocrie do that?, and will POP hold It for us?. That might be way to go even If we have todo both.

You wouldn't pay a shipping charge with Garden Grocer, just the delivery charge, which is probably much less than the cost of shipping items to Disney anyway. You can have Garden Grocer deliver your items the day of your arrival, and your resort will hold the groceries for you until check-in or until your room is ready.

Last September we stayed at Pop and our groceries were in our room waiting for us when we got there! It's so convenient and while the groceries do cost a teeny bit more than at your own grocery store the ease of it makes up for those few extra dollars! Have a great trip!
