In 21 short days we will be leaving for our weeklong Disneyland vacation with our 6 month old son!

I'm trying to put together packing and grocery delivery lists but could really use some help. What are some must haves, can't live withouts and easily forgotten items?

I just can't wait!!

Thanks!

Are going to Disneyland (in CA) or WDW (in Florida). Shopping is different for both. Disneyland is walking distance to shopping/restaurants so you don't need as much. At WDW, you are stuck unless you rent a car or take a cab off property so you have to bring everything with you or pay VERY HIGH premiums in the parks.

Most important:
Comfy shoes
sunscreen
baby essentials (diapers, baby food, stroller/sling, bottles/formula (if not nursing)
first aid kit
$$$ :rotfl:

Here is what we took dd back when dd was 3mo and these were very helpful to us:

Bouncy Seat for the room so mommy can get ready
PacknPlay (Disney offers em but I prefer my own)
extra sheets for packnplay
stroller
baby sun block(blue lizard makes some that is safe for babies)
sun hat for baby
pack at least 2 outfits for baby per day (accidents happen)
passy
a blanky for comfort and to cover when you are nursing or bottles
a bottle cleaner
travel size dish soap
travel size laundry detergent
extra pack of diapers ( if you get a box of pampers they will last you exactly 12 days~I am a SAHM so I have time to figure these things out lol!)
wipes for stroller as well as extra wipes to keep in the room
changing pad
toys from home
a light weight blanky to cover the stroller in case it gets to be too much
a baby carrier or sling
advil or alevl to keep keep shoulder/back pain away from carrying baby all day
baby finger nail clippers
baby brush
all baby toiletries (lotion, wash, powderm etc)

baby food
disposable untensils for baby
table toppers (can be found at babiesrus)
comfy shoes
clip on fan( can be found at walmart on line)
autograph book
camera
video camera
swim diapers( these are a must if you plan on going swimming..they won't let you in if they have reg diapers on)
swimsuit

And most of all alot of patience and humor!! Mine absolutely loved it.. it was the 6 yr old that gave us problems! I hope this helps!!

We're going to Disneyland, but I really don't want to leave the property. I'm hoping that good packing and a well thought out grocery delivery will get us by.

Thanks for all of the good ideas so far!

I always bring infant tylenol, consider a fan for the stroller .... and you can always use a super Dis tip and ship a box of stuff to yourself, care of your resort.

Have you been to Disneyland before? "leaving property" is LITERALLY a two minute walk (it's like walking to visit a neighbor!). I would not waste money on getting groceries delivered! JMO. We were at Disneyland in March. We didn't even eat in the parks because the walk is so quick to get somewhere else. However, I would take as much stuff as you can with you. So Cal prices are still pricey and it's not worth it to waste money on something you have at home and could have brought with you.

Another must have is the location of the baby centers! We've only taken our son to WDW, but the baby centers were truly wonderful while we were in the parks.
