anything besides the normal stuff. we will be going down with my family plus my brother and his 3 kids however, i am making up a packing list db is clueless with this, he would probably pack 2 pairs of short for a 9 day trip lol:rotfl2: . anyway i made his ressie for his resort, adr's and printed out a whole bunch of other stuff for him to read up on. his kids have never been to dw so if there is something special the kids should bring with them i would appreciate it.

Make sure they bring plenty of extra clothing and sun screen. Also, a bathing suit is mandatory.

Make sure he bring meds like Tylenal, antil diarrea, ect. because it's expensive to buy small packs of these from gift shops.
Also make sure they bring powder (like gold bond or something like it) to apply inside shoes/socks also can be added inside underwear to prevent heat rash in the humid weather.
Hope this helps most people forget the little things
like this but it can really make for a better trip. :thumbsup2

when are you going? I always pack 2 swim suits because I hate putting on a cold wet suit even if it is hot outside.

the powder is an excellent idea for everyone in the family

I have my kids put a mini hand sanitizer in their fanny pack--doesn't replace handwashing but it is better than nothing!

rain ponchos that you get at walmart for $3.46....I found them in the accessory/handbag dept. they come in pink, yellow (i think the disney ones are yellow--maybe not a good idea!),blue, black and clear and they come in a mesh drawstring bag. They are small to pack and you won't pay too much for a poncho there and you won't look like the masses all in the same disney poncho either.....you will actually be able to spot your
family!

I went when my kids were 5 and 7 and if you private message me I will email you my packing list. (Yes, I still have it and have actually added to it for our upcoming trip!:rolleyes1 )

pack lots of waterbottles and sunscreen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
also advil really helps with the temporary stress headache or any pain really.
rain ponchoes come in handy too!
have fun! i'll post any more ideas when i think of them!

Moleskin--great for "hot spots" and blisters
Sharpies--for labeling photopasses, tickets, anything
Disney-themed notebooks--great to pass the time while traveling
Extra ziploc bags

Walmart also carries ponchos for $.97. They are smaller than the more expensive ones so they're eaiesr to carry. We buy a bunch and throw them away at the end of our trip(if we used them.
BTW they're in the fishing section.
Another thing that might not be so obvious -a hat that they are willing to wear. Not only are they good to keep the sun off your head but they are great under your poncho to keep the rain out of your eyes.

more than one pair of really good, broken in, comfortable walking shoes. Shoes will get wet if they ride Kali or Splash Mountain and during the daily thunderstorms. I get my kids sport sandals from Land's End because they are comfy and they dry very easily.

Also, Body Glide to use on feet ~ prevents blisters. I used Body Glide every day on our last trip and not one blister the whole time!
