I need to do a few loads of laundry at WDW, and don't want to have to buy detergent in their laundromat. Too $$$. I would like to bring some from here, but not sure how to pack it. What kind do you bring?

We always pack the Purex 3 in 1 laundry sheets for laundry on vacation.

They are pricey so we don't use them at home but for vacation there great. You can just throw them in your suitcase and you don't have to worry about anything spilling.

Thanks! I guess I usually just get my Cheer and never look around the rest of the aisle. I have never heard of these, but they definately sound easy to pack and use.

disney-the one place I never mind doing laundry. I think I will pick up a pop up hamper also while I'm at walmart. It seems lots of people recommend them to keep drawers clear of dirty items and good for carrying stuff to/from the washing machines.

The pop up hamper is great! I got mine at walmart and use it all the time. We were at WDW for 10 days last year, and I did laundry the last afternoon, while the boys swam. It was so nice to come home and not have to do all the laundry..too depressing!! However, folding laundry by the pool was very restful

I pack Tide Powdered instead of liquid. They sell the small individual boxes at Target. I pack dryer sheets. Last year, we stayed at Kidani and they supplied the very same boxes of Tide. I did laundry 3 times in the 10 days. It was great!

You might do an internet search because not too long ago they had a free sample for the Purex 3 in 1. I got mine in the mail and it included 2 sheets. That could certainly be a good start

Dropps laundry tabs. Looks like a Cascade action pack but for laundry

I sign up for freebies and save them up, I take downey sheets and my tide samples! Perfect

I planned on one load. You know all the pockets on the outside of large luggage? I poured my detergent onto a rag and double zip locked it and put in one of the useless pockets of the bag. Threw everything away once I was done.

I wouldn't want to do that five times for multiple loads though! Worked for me!

Definitely going with the Purex 3-1 sheets. Easy peasy, no worries about mess.
