I Am travelling with my 2 daughters, I wanted to have some snack items packed in my luggage. I arrive at CDG, can I pack snacks in my checked bags? Will customs allow me through without a hassle? Green or red customs lane? Do I have to specifically declare I gave food items (no meat or dairy).

If its all dried packed food items, its fine, you don't need to declare it, and you won't be delayed by customs.

I regularly pack cookies, crisps, cereal bars etc in my checked luggage flying into CDG.

You'll be fine. Our DS was 23 months when we travelled last year, and we had quavers, cereal bars and fruit pots in both our suitcases and hand luggage, and we had no problems at the airports x
