I still wear them too. I totally agree to wear what you are comfortable in. You will see all walks of life at Disney...I've seen people in bathing suits and other people in stilettos and mini skirts.

I have to agree with you regarding the stilettos... when we were in Disney in June I saw a woman wearing skin tight(more like painted on) jeans and stilettos. I was shocked that she would walk around the magic kingdom in heels, especially ones that were 4-5 inches high!

OP as to you orginial question. I personally do not wear jeans shorts (or any shorts for that matter-don't like how I look in shorts. I wear capri's.) but, DD15 wears denim shorts all the time and so do 90% of the girls at her high school so I am assuming they are still "in". I agree with the other posters that say they might not be the best choice for Florida in July/August and I would skip them on the days you are planning to ride Splash or Kali because denim takes a long time to dry when it's humid out.
