I'll be visiting southern California and Disneyland the week before Easter, and I'm unsure what the weather will be like. I've heard from some people that I should wear pants to the park and bring a jacket. Since my only experience is WDW in the summer (when I would never dream of wearing long pants!) I'm looking for some feedback. Also is there much rain this time of the year? Do I need to worry about bringing rain gear to the park? Any tips would be much appreciated!

We usually go mid March and generally take both jeans and capris as well as jackets. We find it to be chilly in the mornings and once the sun goes down. It kind of depends on the weather you are used to.

I agree, its going to depend on what your used to. I've gone in Feb. & April and both times been in short sleeves (shorts too in April). I'm from Oregon though and its pretty much wet and cold from September to June, haha. I would say both times I was there during the day it was mid 70's, the main difference was once then sun went down it was ALOT colder in Feb. than in April. You can check weather.com for averages that are usually pretty good :goodvibes

We pack pants, capris, no shorts. Short sleeve shirts, or light weight long sleeves. Light weight sweater or jacket. Ponchos just incase or for wet rides.
That's about it. We havnt experienced "Cold" weather in the spring nor "Hot" just inbetween spring :goodvibes

We are from coastal WA so we are used to cool wet weather. We bring layers. The kiddos start off and end up in pants and sweatshirts, but it is tank tops and shorts during the day. Of course It all depends on the weather, we have never been there in the rain.
