Honestly, you never know. I start pulling up weather.com before we leave and keep an eye on the 10 day forecast. The average temp during the day is 72 and when the sun drops it does get quite a bit colder.
The past 2 years when we were there, it was warmer than usual - this past February we hit an all time high one day at 89. I had some sunburns. The nights were in the low 50's. That being said - one of those years it got colder with highs in the 60's the week after we left.
We have also seen it swing the other way - one day we got off the train and our arrival day was supposed to be in the 50's. The high temp for that day was actually in the low 40's and there were frost warnings a few nights and everyone was wearing their winter jackets.
I would expect to dress in layers and be prepared for anything!
We love to in February! It is so nice to walk around the parks without sweating We always bring some pants and some shorts. I usually do laundry half way through the trip so I don't have to overpack. We bring all short sleeve shirts and a couple of hoodies. We have never brought our winter coats. We leave them in the car at the airport. I would check the weather before you leave so you can be sure you won't need your coats. I do bring everyone those gloves that are small and stretch out when you put them on. I can just throw them in my bag. Sometimes the kids wear them early in the morning if it is still chilly. Some evenings it gets cold, but we have always found jeans and sweatshirts to be enough. A hot cocoa break is fun too!
We went this past Feb 4-11. All week we were in shorts and capris and short sleeve shirts. I brought fleece jackets that the kids wore in the early morning or late nights. Other than that, it was beautiful. I made sure to bring a long sleeve shirt and jeans for each of us but never got them out.

I had the same experience last Feb and as well in early Mar the previous year. A jacket for early mornings/late nights, over shorts and tees for the day. Perfect IMO. The one other time I went in Feb many years ago it was mostly pants/light jacket weather, with some days warmer i.e. shorts/tank, some swimming, not much.
We are headed back this Feb and I am hoping for the exact same beautful weather as last year
