Hello- I have said this before that I am planing a November 10 wedding At the Wedding Pavilion (it will be here before we know it!) and putting together tips for my guests - ypu have all been so helpful and I was wondering if I could have some advice on what to tell them to pack- most will arrive Nov 5- and depart Nov 12 we will stay until Nov17- Thanks!!!!

The short list:
Comfortable, well-broken in shoes.
Band-aids and moleskin for feet.
Sunscreen.
Rain ponchos.
A light jacket.
Tylenol for the inevitable aches and pains.
Any other essential medicines.

Novemeber is not 'cold' by most people's standards, but every day isn't shorts and t-shirt weather, so a couple pairs of long pants and shirts wouldn't be out of order. Those above are the bare essentials I wouldn't try a Disney vacation with, but there's a ton of other things to bring, here's some I'll be taking with in a few weeks:

Camera, batteries, charger, memory cards.
Mp3 player and headphones.
Pop tarts (for in-room quick breakfast)
Water bottles.
Fanny pack.
Disney Dollars (spend 'em if you got 'em)
VISA Disney rewards card
WDW official guide book

That's a pretty good list there... of course one must bring the other things that are always brought on travel, those listed above are Disney-specific things (or generally, for travel involving lots of walking and sight-seeing).

I find Disney in early-mid November to be VERY pleasant weather. Blue skies, No Rain, Warm Weather (75-80 deg.F) . As close to perfection as I can imagine :sunny: . The nights do get chilly however. I would say shorts/t-shirts for the daytime. Pants/capris for nighttime and make sure to bring a sweatshirt/jacket/sweater for evenings too.

Hmmm... Let's see... More than 1 pair of comfy well-broken-in shoes. A blister kit. Aspirin/tummy meds/sunscreen. Sunglasses! I always bring my own beach towels (just 1 or 2) so I can find my chair among all the white towels. And GUM!! If you like gum (like i do) bring your own, Disney doesn't sell it on property. I always bring a few anti-bacterial wipes to go over the phone, clicker and toilet seat when I get there. :D And if you use the refillable mugs, buy some Dawn Wipes for your room to wash out the mug every day.

I've narrowed down my packing quite a bit over the years because I know whatever I forgot I can get there. For years I was lugging a medicine cabinet with me for "just in case" and never needed anything. I'd bring 1/2 summer clothes and 1/2 winter clothes and really I'd just grab a sweatshirt to throw on if I got chilly and never used the rest of the winter clothes. I have no problems with throwing a load of wash in mid-week while lounging poolside in order to lug less down with me.

Let me know if you need anymore info...

Have a great trip!
