You actually brought up a good point I just mentioned to my mom. Is it really cheaper to make a petti skirt rather then buy one? I have't figured out the yardage I would need since i am not good at math at all! so I just keep thinking I need major yardage! I realize you get more then one yard out of 1 yard(I think) but I need to figure it out.

Here is my finished outfit. Yes she has her clothes on underneath! It was the only way I could get a picture. I don't know what happened to the photo of the back. It's a halter with a tie back. The skirt is pretty full on it's own, so I guess there are a few looks. With or without the petti. And the halter could probably be turned inside out. I like how it turned out. Kirsta will wear it to the BBQ.

That picture is soooo cute. Luke laughed and laughed and said "I think she really likes it!" Of course he was already all happy and excited because we just went out to the mailbox and got this: (what does it say about us that we grab the camera to open the mail?)

Here are some of Drew that Riley and I picked. She was having an unfortunate snaggletooth day so any that she is teeth smiling are out! I begged her to let Daddy pull that one tooth that was hanging by a thread right in the middle of the front, but it was a big no! We got some cute ones though.

Sorry so many. It's just hard to pick. Chad takes hundreds and I have to pick from them all! If I pick an outdoor of Drew I will probably have to pick an outdoor of Riley too if I want to put them together. I hate decisions.

That is a good idea! We'd have to make sure they have a tag like mine that can be used with interchangeable bands, though.

See that little "world" icon in the tool menu above? you want to highlight the information for the picture and then click on that little world. Then, you put in the website that you want to link the picture to. I hope that makes sense!

This is great! It is different than any petti outfit I have seen. I love it!!!!!

I got a package today!

The girls were having so much fun trying these on! And I'm so happy the sizes seem perfect!

And here they are being "cupcakes"

I love that your big girl got some too! Riley actually said she wanted to dress as Mary Poppins in January when we go! I think a red petti under her skirt would be just practically perfect in every way!

Tessa is SO excited to see these pictures. She said "Ask if that's his couch. You know what?- Luke is SOOOO nice! Did he get my letter? Is he going to write me back? I wish I could really see him. Am I going to see him at Disney World? I'll say hi and I will show him around Disney World. OH! His puppy is so cute and he looks so cute with his puppy!" This was all rapid-fire talking, which is the only way this girl talks (and "writes")!

Oh my gosh, ALL the pictures are beautiful!!!! I like all the outdoor pictures of Drew the best. For Riley, I liked the 2nd one where she's standing and looking away a little bit and I like the one that's the closest up the best. Such pretty girls!!

You probably have a line break/carriage return after the logo. Just replace that with a space. That's how I was able to put the logo next to my sig image.

I don't have your specific machine - I have the costco version of the Brother i6000. I have used one of the Hancock's rufflers on my machine before. I think the brand is "creative solutions" or "sewing solutions" or something like that. ANYWAY, my machine takes the low shank ruffler. I would imagine yours takes the same. You have to unscrew the snap on clip, and then screw the ruffler foot on. It is a bit of a pain, but it works. If you don't need it today, I would check for a snap on foot ruffler. It really is easier IMO.

I've got to search for a snap on one. I didn't know they made them.

How exciting!

I got a package in the mail on Monday. Guess who it was from? It was from JEANNE!! She is the most incredibly sweet, giving, caring, person! I pmed her a while back because I loved the bracelets she made for herself and Jayden to wear to Disneyland. I have to wear a medical alert tag and I really wanted a Disney themed bracelet to wear with it. Jeanne said she'd make me one. Well, she ended up making me TWO. The part that really got me is, SHE DID IT FOR FREE!! Here they are. Aren't they pretty!?!?!

Plus, there was a bonus in the package. Luke made a bracelet just for Tessa. Here she is as she pulled it out of the bag. I'd say she likes it!

Here's a closeup of the bracelet Luke made. Jeanne said he picked out all the beads and the order they'd go in. Isn't my future son-in-law talented?

ETA: She hasn't taken it off since she got it, not even to sleep. I had to talk her into taking it off so I could get a better picture of it!

I'm so excited! The girls and I went and picked up their most recent pictures from my nephew today. As usual he did a great job. He actually took some more of them today that he posted on his website www.paulvphoto.com . I think they'll come right up top if anyone is interested in seeing Drew with no teeth! Riley and I thought she looked so cute that we needed to capture it on film.
