I just have a question about packages, I am going for 10 days in Nov/Dec, I am switching resorts during my stay, but I want to buy my 10 day park passes with the second (longer) resort stay (7 nights), and possibly add on Dining, especially if it is free. But finally to the question, If I buy the 10 day park passes in the package, will I be able to get them before I check in to second resort on the 3rd day?

No you won't...You need to add the 10day ticket on your first stay. Tickets on a Package are "hard wired" to the dates of the package. You can always add the 10day ticket to your first stay and use the tickets for the entire duration. If you are able to book a package with dining for the 2nd package you need to buy a minimum one day ticket which would never expire until you use it. Just bring a sharpie with you and mark the first Key To The World as TICKET. Hope this helps and enjoy the Magic of Disney during your stay.
