Packages to resorts

If I have a package delivered to the resort, where can I pick it up? Bell services or front desk? Will they charge me if I pick it up? What if I have the package delivered to my room- do I only tip the delivery guy or is there a charge? I am specifically interested in packages from amazon, amazon pantry, publix, or instacart.

Grocery delivery goes to bell services and mail delivery packages can be pick up at the front desk.
