package with tickets, how to access?

I went through a travel agent and bought a package with tickets, hard rock hotel for 2 nights, with 4 days of park tickets (we will only use 3 days). I have a confirmation number. What is the best approach for day one when I want to have our express pass and park tickets? Do I have to stop at the hotel to get the express pass? Can the hotel also give me my park tickets? Or do I have to stop at will call at the park for that? I want to make this as smooth as possible since I want to get in for early entry.

When you check into the hotel you will be issued room keys for everyone registered in the room.

No, you get your park tickets from the ticket desk or at the Will call machines....

I`ve never bought a package so not sure if it tells you where to pick them up.
