Package vs. Individual Tickets

Hi all, if we purchase tickets outside of a package, are they refundable if we cannot go come time for our trip? We are planning to go over Easter but there are a few circumstances where we might have to cancel last minute. Any recommendations here? Should i only book a package with tickets included as that is fully refundable, right? Please help lol thanks!

They are not refundable, but you can apply the price you paid toward tickets at a later date. You'll pay the difference if your new dates are more expensive, and you won't get a partial refund if the new tickets are less expensive. So generally, yes, if you think there is a risk you might need to cancel or postpone, it is better to get the package now, given those are currently refundable right up until the day before the trip.

It used to be packages had some risk because they had cancellation penalties in the month before the trip, but Disney has relaxed that in Covid times given the uncertainty.

They are not refundable.
Personally I book a package so if I do have to cancel I'm not stuck with money invested in tickets.
