Package Pricing with old ticket prices

Has anyone else noticed that Disney is still pricing its packages using the old ticket prices - and not the new ticket prices that came out on 8/5? I'm so surprised I'm the only one who has picked up on this - unless discussion about this is in another thread somewhere in another section.

Anyhow, if you know about this, is this a system glitch or did ticket prices only change if you purchase them separate from a package?

I booked my package a couple months back and have not paid the balance yet. Will the price increase be added in or am I still guaranteed my quote?
