Package payment and changes

I have booked a package for our september trip, but haven't paid yet (only the deposit). My brother still doesn't know if he wil be able to come with us, I booked a room for 4, but if he can't come we wil be only 3. Would I be able to modify the package after full or partial payment?

I believe so. I had to drop my BIL in the same circumstances. The only problem we had is he was the head person on that ressie. Make another adult in the room the first person listed, and you should have no problems.

You shouldn't have any trouble modifying your reservation as long as he's not the lead guest, as the pp mentioned. If he isn't sure whether or not he can go, it might be best to keep him off the ressie and add him later rather than take him off should he not be able to go. Any changes made prior to final payment date (45 days prior to arrival), there is no fee. If you are less than 45 days from arrival and your package price decreases, you will be charged a $50 change fee; however, if you add him after the 45 day mark but not less than 14 days from arrival, there should be no change fee as Disney usually waives this fee when the total cost increases. With that said, Disney has started charging a $15 change fee for any changes made 14 days or less prior to arrival, regardless of what it does to the cost of the reservation. HTH .
