WOW! I ordered a few itmes from Amazon.com. One was a Baby Annabell Function doll that was not being released for sale unitl 10/15. I ordered on the 12th. The rest of my stuff was sent out the next day. A few days later, I got an e-mail from amazon saying the 2nd package had been shipped. (Mon) I got a package yesterday. Last night, after the kids were bed, I opened it, and found baby Annabell. 
Where is the 1st package?
I go to Amazon.com to track it, and found it was scanned and sent out for delivery on 10/19. 2 days ago. It never came back scanned as delivered. It is still out there, in limbo, being delivered. the city it was sent out from is 2 towns over. I should of had it at my door on the 19th. Where is it? I call UPS. They said because it has been out for over 24 hours, I have to contact Amazon.com to put tracer on it. I call Amazon.com. They are not going to bother with a tracer, it will take way too long.
He is reshipping the order today, and giving me free overnight delivery!
Now that's customer service!
