Still wondering about refrigerated / frozen items and how that works. In terms of cost, I understand that it is $6.00 per order. If I have that wrong, happy to be corrected (unless it's MORE than $6.00!).
my email said $6. They will email you a link with a code to access your locker. It is similar to the lockers at Home Depot or Lowes or even Universal (except there you use your ticket).

My guess is that you can choose to use the locker or not, and that packages going into the locker would have a lower, or no, fee compared to going through luggage services. So if you have items you need to keep cold, you probably would want to opt for luggage services instead of a locker, but if you are just ordering a flat of water, a locker would work fine. But that’s just my guess.
The lockers look like the ones Amazon uses at convenience store pick up points. I have used those during the holidays to avoid porch pirates and they work great.
My DD and her friend are going for their first every adult trip. They want to order a case of water but it's been so long since I've done that I don't even remember how. Any tips on where or how to order water? Much appreciated.
