Package Discounts

We have a big family group going to WDW 11/5/2016 -11/12/2016. I am a DVC member so I can't take advantage of the room and dining discounts and specials that WDW offers through the year.I was wondering if anyone could tell me when WDW usually announces these deals and if anything is usually offered the time of the year we are going so my other family members can take advantage of them. I thank everyone ahead for their answers

I always reference this page when looking for discounts and when they are realized. Free dining is usually available for the time that you are planning. Whether that is a "discount" for your family some will debate about.
