Package delivery

I tried to search for this so here goes. If you buy something from one of the parks you can get it delivered to the resort, I thought I read somewhere that at the deluxes the package is delivered to the room is this right?

I believe they stopped delivering to the room a few years ago. Packages are delivered to the gift shop of your resort and you pick it up there

I believe only club level guests have packages delivered to the room (this happened to us club level at the Poly this year) -- all other packages are delivered to the resort gift shop.
