package delivery to convention resort?

I sent a package ahead to our resort which is CSR, a convention resort. I read somewhere that packages at convention resorts automatically go to the business center instead of bell services, anyone else had this experience?
Will I have trouble tracking down my stuff once we finally arrive?

1) Packages sent to convention resorts can go to Bell Services or Convention Services.
2) If sent to
. . . bell services, there is no charge
. . . convention services, there is an automatic charge
3) Both are easily retrievable.

I sent a package to CSR for our trip. It was delivered to the business center. I waited for two days for bell service to "find" it-I knew it had been delivered by checking the tracking number.
When I picked it up, I was told by the business center that all packages are recieved by them.
It was a pain for that trip, but now that I know where to go look for my package, it's been very easy. I have never had a "fee" placed on a package I received, only the one I send back home.
