Package Delivery at HRH

I was going to send down a package for us ahead of time with lots of baby items(diapers, misc baby stuff, etc....). How does that work? Will they just hold it until we arrive? And what address do I send it to? I was also going to do a grocery delivery service as well. Does that work the same way?

We were charged $10 for a box we had shipped prior to arrival.
