Package Delivery as Perk of Onsite?

Does anyone have knowledge of how package delivery to the onsite hotels work? Obviously things could be different now that it's post-shutdown, but this would be a major perk for us. We love to shop and would probably spend more throughout the day if we didn't have to lug everything around with us on rides.

I noticed the wording on the website mentioned it would be "next-day" delivery. Previously, before the shutdown, would the packages get delivered to the hotel room?

I feel like it depended on whether you were Club level or not. Club Level guests would get the packages delivered to the room, but everyone else had to stop by the front desk.

And you could not use it unless you would be staying at least 2 more nights, because yes, the stuff would get delivered the next day, usually late afternoon, so when making the purchase, they would verify your check out date to make sure there was enough time.

Thank you! We're not staying club level at the Grand in October, but will be staying club level at the Disneyland Hotel over New Years. I guess it's not that big of a deal to have it delivered to the room, if it saves us from having to lug it on the rides...it's a win!

Thanks for posting the FAQ section, though I did see that on the Disneyland website prior to asking on here. I was looking for more specific information, such as if purchases get delivered to the hotel room and when they may get delivered which is not covered on the website. Based on others' experience, it sounds like they will most likely hold the purchase at the lobby or bellhop.
