Package Deal with CRO--When will I get my park tickets?

I booked through CRO for our April trip. 8 nights at ASMo and Park Tickets. When will I get my park tickets or are they given to us at the hotel? I have paid in full already for the package.

Since it is a package, it probably came with UPH tickets. You will get them at check in. Your room key will also be your ticket.

You will get final documents and luggage tags about 30 days before arrival.

Park tickets and other package features will be given to you at check-in.

As the previous poster said, your Ultimate Park Hopper tickets are encoded on your room key - and you can also arrange to have room charging privileges on the same card.
