Package deal or book separate

So I am planning a trip for sept 08 (trying to get the free dining if it is offered) I was wondering if it would be better to book the hotel, buy the park tickets, and the plane tickets separate, or do a package deal. Mostly likely will go through AAA again. I read on another post that you can call disney direct and get the aaa discount. We are going to be staying at the AKL and through disney it is $230 a night and AAA is $195. so the discount is big considering we are going to stay for 9 nights.( those are the rates for 2006 they do not have 2008 out. I assuming maybe about $50 more per a night)


Also is it possible to book the hotel or package the earliest available and then if they do come out with the free dining to switch to that does anyone know how it works.

Looks like booking the AAA room discount would save you more money. If you get your tix through undercovertourist.com you will also save big bucks. We don't eat that much that is offered on the DDP...it would be like suffing us for more money so we don't use it.

I think your trip is too far out to guess whether or not you can switch your booking. Hey, there may even be a better foor or resort deal out by then!
