Package Code?

I am very new to all of this (I haven't been to Disney since 1993) and I am not sure if I received a code in an email. I did everything I could to help increase my chances of receiving a code or pin and just received an email this morning from Disney Destinations. It says "Be sure to mention package code ***". The code is only three characters long and it doesn't say anything else about offers. Is this a discount code or is this just the code for linked to my account? Thank you so much for helping this newbie out!

Hi Kim, the best way for you to find out if its a discount of any sort would be to call or if there is a link that will take you to a "disney page" to price a vacation.

Thanks for your quick reply! I tried to book online this morning to check for sure and it won't let me put my dates in (Feb 2014). I will call to clarify. I was just curious if the email would say what offer it was or just that I had an offer.

Darn, the code was only good through December 2013. Now I am crossing my fingers on another pin/code or the public code.

Pin codes are not 3 digit.
That is a marketing campaign code.
Its used to track success of a marketing campaign

Yes, I've received the 3 digit code before and thought it was a PIN until I saw an e-mail my coworker received that contained an actual PIN that was longer than 3 digits.
