Package code = Pin???

Hi!

This might seem like a dumb question and I apologize. I still have so much to learn! My family is currently planning a Disney vacation for next December. Well today we received a flyer that has a package code. Is a package code the same as a pin? I have not called Disney yet because I know we really are trying to wait until 2015 and I will just get super excited if its something great. I appreciate anyone that can help! Thank you!

If it is a 3 digit code it is not a pin. Pin numbers are usually 15 digits if i'm not mistaken.
