Package cancellation policies

We may book a package for our September trip if there is an enticing deal out-- in the past we have just done room only. I am wondering about the cancellation policy though-- I know it has to be paid in full 45 days out-- no problem.. but we do have something that could pre-empt our September trip-- if it comes up, we will have to postpone the trip, probably to February.We won't find out until about 35 days out, though. Is the fee $100? Or is the fee waived if we reschedule the trip for later and don't request a refund?
 
Don't get the package. Just get the room. You don't have to pay the $100 for just a room. You should (don't quote me on this) be able to upgrade to a package in September.
