Pack a sweatshirt in the summer?

I always have one just in case. The ac in some places can be pretty cold at first, so it's nice to have so I don't shiver though a meal!

There are two things I always pack no matter when or where I go on vacation 1) a swimsuit 2) a cotton jacket/sweatshirt. Better to be prepared than cold.
