Pacing of Breakfast at Boma

Hi all!

For those who've had breakfast at Boma, approximately how long did your meal take? It's me, DH, and our three boys (14, 12 and 7). The 14 year old wolfs his food, but none of us tend to linger or be super slow eaters. I'm guessing everyone will make 2 trips each to the buffet. I hear the service there is excellent so assuming that to be the case (which I know I shouldn't assume, but ever the optimist), I'm just trying to get an idea of how long breakfast will take so I can plan our morning. an hour is always a safe bet but only you know how long it will take. it is not so much service dependent at a buffet. you could prob be out in 45 minutes if you wanted to, if you ask for the check up front.

We just ate there for breakfast for the first time and it was delicious. Now a must do for us every time. As soon as you sit they come to the table to take drink orders and then you go and help yourself. We wanted to take it slow and they didn't rush us - it was great but you can go quickly if you want. Enjoy!

We had a terrible waitress our last time there, so it took us forever, as we couldn't get our drinks or the bill. So, it always depends on the service that particular day.

One thing that does help speed up the process is to ask for the check when you place your drink order at buffets. (Unfortunately, I just forgot that day.)

I went to Boma solo last year. Breakfast was good...not out of this world....but quite good. I was out fairly quick, so i'd say an hour is a safe bet.
