P and PD update on Callie

Thanks again for all your prayers and pixie dust for our new kitty, Callie. Callie is the Calico kitten on the right. Callie would have a good day and then a bad day. Today was the first day of school for my DD8 and I was back at her school cafeteria to work. When we got home Callie seemed to be doing worse so when my DH came home , about 15 min after us, we called our Vet to see what more could be done because she seemed to be getting worse and seemed to be in pain. We took her right up to the office but he said there was nothing more we could do. She was suffering and it seemed to be affecting her brain. We had to have her put to sleep so she wouldn't suffer amy longer. We only had her 12 weeks but she will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. Thanks again for all your P and PD during her illness. It meant so much to us. My DD was glad so many others were praying for Callie.

Oh Dan, it's only 6:30 and I've got tears in my eyes. Like he said, I too believe we will see all our beautiful fur babies again. I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet kitten.

Prayers for your whole family. I'm sorry for your loss. Callie is running free with the other kitties at the Bridge and no longer has to live with the pain. Give your DD a hug from me too. It's never easy to let a beloved pet pass on but Callie was obviously very loved in her short time with you.
