I will be traveling to universal orlando and seaworld next month with my two girls and mother. On top of having various other disabilities including osteoporosis arthritis and diabetes and my mother also suffers from pulmonary sarcoidosis a lung disease that makes breathing quite hard especially in heat and humidity and upon exertion and acute copd. We have been to orlando many time but on previous trips have never had to travel with oxygen rollators etc. Can anyone give advice on oxygen suppliers in orlando and what rides she can't take her oxygen on? My mother is still quite young only 64 on the trip we will be celebrating her birthday and likes to be active as much as she can be and has shut me down repeatedly on getting an eco but any other advice would be appreciated.

I'm presuming she said no to an ecv (not eco)? Is she aware that just the walk from Universal parking to the entrance of the park is at least a half a mile? That's just to get in. According to their website, oxygen tanks are only allowed at the following places:

Universal Studios Florida™

✔ Shrek 4-D
✔ Terminator 2®: 3-D
✔ Animal Actors On Location!™
✔ A Day in the Park with Barney™
✔ Curious George Goes to Town℠
✔ Fievel’s Playland™ (except the water slide)

Universal’s Islands of Adventure™

✔ The Eighth Voyage of Sindbad™
✔ Camp Jurassic™ (except Pteranodon Flyers™)

Sorry I meant ecv not eco. Yes
we are aware of the distances you walk at these parks we go every year to either the disney parks or universal and know the both contain an awful lot of walking. At home my mother doesn't drive a car and either walks or relies on public transport so walking is not a problem for her. At home we have a concentrator and she uses tanks when out which I usually carry for her or she puts under the seat of her rollator. I'm more looking for advice on the actual oxygen process while traveling. In the past she was healthy enough that we didn't need to have it with us but because of multiple diagnoses nature of her health her medicines all seem to exacerbate each other. The medicine for her lungs worsens her diabetes , the steroids are bad for her bones and make her immunosuppressed etc.. I just wanted to know if anyone could help how to get oxygen while traveling and thing of that nature.

Have you considered renting a portable oxygen concentrator from your usual supplier ? Might be easier than switching out tanks all the time .

Do you have a local oxygen supplier? They should be able to help you with all travel needs for oxygen. I agree about a portable oxygen concentrator for the day time, that is what I travel with. I need oxygen while I sleep, so I rent a concentrator for at night and I have a portable unit I bring from home. Insurance will likely not cover the second concentrator.
In the past I used Care Medical in Orlando to rent the concentrator, but they are going out of business this Spring. I would engage your local company to help
Good Luck
