Owning DVC and Living in Fla

Hi,

This may seem like an odd question but...... my DH and I are thinking of relocating to Florida from NY in the next few years. We are thinking of living in the Orlando area or just outside. What I was wondering was if you live so close to WDW does DVC "lose its magic?" I mean does it become less exciting to plan trips since you can really go anytime you want? Or am I being silly?

Heather it's so funny you ask that question, I'm from Putnam, New York and was wondering the same thing, I want to goto FLA. when I retire.

We moved here to FL 4 years ago from N.J. and live only an hour and a half from WDW and are DVC members. For us..we are true Disney fanatics I guess you could say and we just never get enough Our problem doesn't seem to be that we are loosing the magic by going all the time but that we need more points!! Now that we can pick up and go at a moments notice we're in a constant state of borrowing lol.
