I talked to this guy & he said they were given to children that aren't tall enough for the ride to come back and advance to the front when they are taller.

If the parking pass is for AAA Diamond parking...note that those are NOT FREE parking passes. You still pay for parking...these just give you access to a parking area that *might* be closer to the entrance. As previous poster noted, the only place it is really a lot closer is Animal Kingdom, but it is still a hike. And the problem is, unless you arrive very early the AAA spaces fill up quickly ...the rows are just as long as the regular spaces, so you could still have a long hike...AND the worst part about these spaces is no tram service to that parking area, so you can actually end up walking farther than parking in the regular parking lot. The only way AAA Diamond parking passes would be free parking is if you have a Disney annual pass to go with it.
I haven't spoken with him yet but he has actually been very responsive and great to deal with so far. He has great reviews and has a very nice rental. You aren't paying any more for his unit but he does advertise that he is the only one with the VIP parking and passes, so I guess he is just trying to distinguish himself from all the others.
We may end up renting his place but I'm not going to let the passes or parking weigh in my decision.
When I talk to him I'll come back and post what he says about all of it.

I am not sure who you are renting through, but there are two on VRBO that offer "VIP Passes and Parking Passes", does he own them both? I just don't get how they can say they are VIP passes. There is no such thing or all the owners would be offering the same thing.
