Owners Locker Question

OK, alls I did was MENTION it to DH over lunch and he went nuts. So forget it. He thinks "it's absurd to pay $99 to store sunscreens" (nevermind the 40 some items on my list...or how much these sunscreens weigh when I PACK them because I bring 2 each of SPF 8, 15 & 30 + face stuff).:sad2: We'll see what he says when I "overpack again" and we get slapped with those luggage fees on AirTran!:upsidedow I knew it was not a battle I would win.:sad1:

Well, Annie, I'm sorry about your husband's. Trust me; it's not the first time we've seen this!

The next time you're down, why don't you all stop by EPCOT on any Tuesday night when we invite our Members (and anyone interested in Owner's Locker) to stop by the wine kiosk near outside France for a glass of wine. As I mentioned, we usually have a few converted skeptics and your husband can quiz them.

I would like to clear up some items in your earlier post about timing of charges.

No matter when you sign up, we charge the Membership Fee 30 days prior to your arrival for your first Visit. This Membership Fee (usually $75 but discounted to $45 under the DIS deal) includes your Locker which is yours to keep and is guaranteed for life as well as its initial delivery and pickup full of your stuff.

At the end of your first trip, when your Locker comes into our warehouse full of you things for the first time, we call this your Anniversary Date and that's when you are charged your annual fee ($99). Your year runs from your Anniversary Date and you have two free Visits per year for three years under the DIS deal. After the three years, you'll have one free visit per year. Additional Visits (that's what we call a delivery and a pickup) are $25.

Thanks for putting me through my paces and I do look forward to having you as a Member one day!
