Owner's Locker Delivers Again!

I wanted to give a public endorsement of the GREAT service I received today.

Yesterday, I changed plans and flew into MCO last night. This morning I booked a hotel room for this weekend and put a request into the Owner's Locker. I sent a note saying I would understand that they might not be able to get the locker to my hotel today.

Around 11 am my cell phone buzzed. You got it...

They delivered my locker. Less they TWO HOURS after I put in the request! Can't get much better then that!

WOW! I can't think of any other business that I have used anywhere that offers this level of service. Thanks for posting!
 

Aw thanks...but we've designed our systems for situations just like this. If you can swing a last second trip, we'll be there for you. I think spur of the moment trips can be the best ones...none of that planning!

I'd like to add my experience last month. I was staying at SSR, but unexpectedly was able to move to BWV, my home. :lovestruc I was getting packed up to make the move and remembered my OL. Uh oh--it was scheduled to be picked up at my first resort.

I had the OL number on my cell, so I called and Brian answered--I told him of my resort change, and he said it was not a problem. Soon thereafter, I had an email on my phone--my OL pickup had been changed to BWV. :thumbsup2

I was very impressed. They just go with the flow, quickly adjusting to any changes we tourists make. ;) Wonderful service!
 
Why am I not surprised at this! John and Brian offer the best service of any company I have ever done business with. :goodvibes
