Owners Locker at Other timeshares

We are thinking of getting another timeshare in Orlando. I know you can use them other places besides Disney. But how is the experience? Has anyone used them other places besides Disney? We are thinking of getting a week every other year at either Sheraton Vistana or Holiday Inn Orange Lake. Thanks.

We've had our OL delivered to other locations with no problem. They have a list on the site of all the places they currently deliver. You should email John/Brian at OL and ask them.

Yes, Owners Locker will deliver/pick-up at both of those locations. These other timeshares have not had the same level of experience as the DVC resorts, but they are prepared to store your locker. OL offers the same great service as at the DVC (and other WDW) Resorts.

Owner's Locker's level of service is the same for any resort - Disney or otherwise. They offer the same delivery/pick-up service for all. The DVC Resorts are very accustomed with working with OL and the Bell Staff are great about room delivery/pick-up. Depending on the non-DVC resort, the staff may not be as able/eager to assist with delivery/pick-up (we have had to bring our lockers to the desk at some timeshare resorts that do not offer Bell Services), but that is not a reflection on Owner's Locker.

Both Vistana and Orange Lake are good about delivery/pick-up so you should be fine with both of those resorts. Vistana does have a good Bell staff - I don't recall whether Orange Lake does or not. Some of the smaller timeshare resorts don't have Bell Staff available to assist.

I am so glad to see that! We have decided to rent a townhouse or pool home in Windsor Hills for Universal trips rather than committing to a timeshare that isn't Disney. The risk of getting "stuck" in something we cannot even give away is too scary. Nice to know we can still use OL. Thank you for posting this!

I think it an important distinction here is that the level of service from OL will be the same regardless of where they deliver.

The real question is, what is the level of service provided by the other resorts/bell services and how that may impact your experience.
