Are there are any owners that could give me an idea of what their renting terms usually are? For example, if you require full payment at time of booking or not and if you charge any other fees? Also, is it usually possibly to get 3 studio rooms in close proximity to each other in one reservation? My plan is to try to get 3 studio rooms very close to each other (not sure what resort yet; most likely BWV or OKW) for Sun. ***- Friday ***. Thanks in advance!

I don't rent, but I can address the question about 3 studios at OKW. We have done this, they are considered separate reservations, each with their own reservation number. You can request that they be near each other, and they will usually be in the same building, or in adjacent buildings. There are a few OKW studios where two may be next door to each other, in the few "U" shaped buildings. One thing is, with being separate reservations, you can add the DDP to any or all rooms, so if part of your party wants the DDP, and others do not, you don;t need to get it for all 3 studios.

My terms have always been 100% payment immediately - final transaction (no refund for canceling).

That said, I did cancel/refund once for a person who rented from me before who's son was going in to donate a kidney to his dad. It was just a few weekday nights in a studio, and I had time to bank the points. But in general - the deal is "done" once I make the reservation.
