Owen's Make A Wish Come True

I haven't been around for a while since life has just been so crazy!!

Owen is doing pretty good. He has run out of surgical options for his half a heart, so he is being listed for a new heart as soon as next week. He will be listed as a Status 2, meaning he is home and stable. We are trying to work out with the insurance for him to stay home in AZ and wait for his heart. We will then have to get all the way to Stanford in Northern Cali within hours if a donor heart becomes available. So we are working out the details this week to make sure it will all work out.

I think about Owen from time to time and pray for him. Good to hear he is stable. I will pray he stays healthy and that he will receive a new heart soon.

aww, I loved reading your trip review and little Owen seems to have had a fun time! You all did lol. I really hope things go well for Owen's heart transplant. The Lord has him in his hands and i'll be praying for him.
