Ow~shot in the foot

I went to the orthopedist today for my aching foot. I ruptured the post-tibial tendon several years ago and my feet pronate, so I have a lot of pain in my feet, especially the right foot. So today he found (more!) arthritis, a bone cyst in my big toe, and gave me a big shot right in my arch! I'm a brave girl, but that about did me in. It's still killing me. He told me to ice it, but it hasn't helped. I can't take Motrin, so Tylenol is my only hope, and it doesn't help. i hope I can sleep tonight. I have to drive 8 hrs in the morning.

BTW--he's ordered a bunch of arthritis tests, since now i have it in my feet and both thumbs, and I'll be going to a rheumatologist in the future. oh, goody.
