Hello all! I called dining today to get a confirmation on my dining. I am so overwhelmed. Half of what they had, I didn't have a record of? I'm not sure what to keep and what to cancel. What do you think?
Take a look:

Day 1---
Pirate League @3:25
Bippity boppity boutique @ 5:10
Cinderella's table @ 7:05

Day 2---
Donald's breakfast @9:05
Donald's breakfast @ 10:10
Chef's de France @5pm
O'hana's @7:05

Day 3---
Sci-Fi @11:55
Luau @ 8pm

Day 4---
O'hana's breakfast @8
Brown Derby @ 4:45
California Grill @ 9:15

Day 5---Plaza @ 5:10
MNSSHP
O'hana's @ 9:30(I think I will cancel this one for sure. No need to leave the party early)

Day 6---
Crystal Palace @ 11:55
Barber shop for baby's first haircut @ 2pm
O'hana's dinner @ 8:40
(Watch Wishes from the Poly @ 9pm)

ok, if i'm reading this right, you're eating at ohana five times on your trip, including the luau. i would definitely drop two or three of those, the first of which would be the 9:30pm ressie on MNSSHP night, because you're REALLY not going to want to leave MK to eat. for that day, i would either keep the 5:10 at the Plaza or scrap it AND ohana and make a reservation at liberty tree tavern (it has a great, "legend of sleepy hollow" feel). i would also cancel the 10:10 at donald's safari breakfast, and either ohana or chefs de france on day 2. if it were me, i would also ditch the brown derby on day 4.
after spending a few minutes going over it again, here's what i'd do with ohana. i'd drop three of the ressies: the 7:05 on day 2 (too close to chefs de france, timewise), the luau on day 3, and the 9:30 on MNSSHP day.
please bear in mind, this is just what I would do with these particular reservations. YMMV.

Day 2---
Donald's breakfast @9:05
Donald's breakfast @ 10:10

your first breakfast is conflicting with prime time touring of the Studios.

We took the 10:15.
Will grab a FP for the Safari before breakfast so we can ride soon after.
this allows us to ride EE and tour dino land before heading for breakfast

Yes we do have a lot of reservations at the Poly. We will be staying there and I figured it would be convienient. Doing the luau AGAIN as a comprimise to my dear hubby. LOL! I will definately cancel one or two of O'hana's. Just cannot decide which ones. And Donald's breakfast--to sleep late or do early one and get more done???

I would take the 10:10 am for Tusker House. If you go at 9:05 when the park opens, everybody else will be already getting in line and getting fastpasses when you get out. I would be there for rope drop, go on the safari, maybe send someone for FP for Everest ( if you plan to ride it), then go to breakfast at 10:00am.
I would only eat at Ohana once. (actually i wouldn't eat there at all but that is just me.:rolleyes1). I would definately replace at least one meal with Kona. We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner there several times and it has always been excellent!
I also would consider shifting your meal times on Day 4. You are eating breakfast at 8:00am, then not eating *lunch* until 4:45pm. And I think eating at the Brown Derby at 4:45, then California Grill at 9:15..that is to close together. Assuming you are seated at 5:00pm ( possibly later)...your meal will take 1 - 1 1/2 hours...bringing you to about 6:30..then add the travel time to the Contemporary...seems a little to close together.
Everything else looks great.
HTH! :)

Just got off the phone with disney dining. Still a little overwhelmed, but cancelled three. O'hana's on day 2, donald's bf @ 10:10(I hope I made a good decision):scared:but with three young kids and a hubby who likes to eat immediately I'm thinking I did. Also cancelled O'hana day 5. I thought about adding a Mickey's backyard BBQ--no availabity.

That might be too close? I was tring to squeeze in Cali Grill for at least some sushi. If we are too full we could snack and watch Wishes from there. :)

LOL, i totally understand-DH LOVES biergarten, and we have to go on EVERY trip. no worries, whatever you do, your family will have a great time. i had a feeling y'all were staying at the poly when i saw all the ohana reservations! if you have any other questions, don't be shy, ask away!

If you like sushi (and the Polynesian LOL) I would do Kona Cafe for one of your dinners :) They have a pretty good sushi menu and one of the rolls is an appetizer on the Deluxe plan. I ordered a roll that had crab, avocado, and pineapple in it! It was pretty yummy :) Plus their steaks there are great! Poly also has a little sushi kiosk type thing outside Kona (not on DDP) where you can get sushi other times of the day. Captain Cooks also has some sushi in their refrigerated case.

I think you *did* make the right decision about Donald's bfast. Last year we had a 10:10 and they didn't get us in until 11:00...we checked every 5 to 10 mins....when we got in they were changing over to lunch. We felt very rushed and swore to always do an early breakfast from then on. :confused3 Don't stress so much over your dining. You may find that you have to swap some things around even after you arrive, we have in the past due to unforseen events. It all works out in the end! Good luck and have fun! :goodvibes

I had the same sushi on July 4th from the Sushi stand, coffee in the morning, sushi in the evening right next to the entrance of Kona. It was 12.99 for the Luau Roll and it was very good.
