We stayed at Comfort Suites Maingate in June of 2015 and thought it a really good hotel - big room, clean, and most the staff was nice and competent. The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts I've had and parking was free. I also liked that it was near a good grocery store or 2 and an easy commute to WDW. I remember only booking a few weeks before our travel dates so didn't get the best rate. (I think we paid around 115 a night but I am sure we could have gotten a much better deal if I had looked sooner and more thoroughly). Anyway, I think you can trust the reviews of this hotel unlike others on tripadvisor. I started using fakespot dot com to figure out if reviews are trustworthy. Unfortunately it seems half to more of the hotels I've plugged into the fakespot website get an F or D. There seems to be less fake reviews on Yelp but you can plug them into fakespot also. A bad grade on fakespot doesn't necessarily mean the the hotel is bad, just that the reviews posted can't be trusted.
