Overwhelmed by the emails - which do I do first?!

OK,

Now we have signed the contract I seem to be getting a barrage of emails - it's very exciting but a little overwhelming knowing who I email/speak to first!

I have the email from Tanis with the paperwork to fill in regarding everything, then I have also had an email from Disney floral, photography and entertainments requesting a time to schedule a phone call.

So my questions are:

1.)Do I need to fill in the forms and send back to Tanis BEFORE I speak to floral/photos/entertainments?

2.)Who do I tell that I have booked Randy Chapman for photos - Tanis or the other lady in the phone call?

We know pretty much what we want, and have only small additions to basic floral. My mum also wants to surprise my DF with the Model A Ford so we need to keep that information separate from any paperwork he comes into contact with - is that possible?

I know all the emails can be overwhelming. I would go through Tanis on everything, and then get back to the others. Also tell her that you are surprising DF and you would like to keep him in the dark. I haven't had any problem, but then again my DH isn't really interested in looking at the paperwork.

The documents you recieve are basically to give the planner, florist, etc. and idea of what you would like before they speak with you. Before I went to my planning session I had to fill out the floral form and forms to the planner so that they knew what to talk to me about at the planning session and had more ideas for me. Just remember that while it is overwhelming, nothing you put on the forms is set in stone and you can always change things. The information you give is just to give the Disney staff ideas so that they can make your wedding exactly what you are looking for.

My suggestion is to just read through all the forms first then start writing down your ideas and thoughts and return them to the appropriate people. If you have any questions, your planner is always there to help!

Thanks guys - it's been such a busy week (I'm a teacher and it was the first full week back with the kids in) that my brain is fuzzy

Will go through the main bits with DF tomorrow and send to Tanis with a note about the surprise

I haven't done any scrapping in ages but I have a crop on Saturday - got a comission for The Scrapbook Magazine to do, but hopefully will catch up on some bits for me too.

Need to make a start on my invitations but I hate making cards and I hate producing things on mass...luckily mum and DF are going to help!
