Hi there! Hoping to gather some information for a future trip to Seaworld!! I am overweight, and working on it...8 months ago I wouldn't even be thinking about trying to fit into the rides at Seaworld, but I've lost 70lbs!!!!!! I am still overweight though and would love some insight into the ride seats at Seaworld for the "big kid" rides.

I am a 23yo female - 275lbs (yeah, I know...I still need to lose) Waist (by belly) is approx 47" and hips at 57" (I think these will be the problem)

ANY HELP!!??! TIA

Congrats on the weight loss! There are test seats outside of rides like Manta and Kraken that you can sit in to see if you fit in comfortably before you enter the queue line.

Thank you!! I am aware of those seat, and definitely plan on using them!! Anyone have any first hand experience??

Congrats on the weight loss!!!!!!! I have weight issues as well. When I was there in March I rode the rides with no problem. On Kraken rows 4 and 5 had the double seat belts and they accomodate wider chest dimensions, so try those first. On Manta the seat configeration allows for wider chest and belly too since it is a "spongy chest harness" that fits like a glove. It seemed to conform to my body. I saw a lot of heavier people who fit no problem.

Good Luck and let me know how it goes.
