Hey y'all!

We'll be RVing down to Florida from Canada, which will bea first for us.

We were wondering what is banned from going over the border, other then fruits and veggies and specifically if milk is allowed over?

Thanks for everything!

Milk should be fine (but they do sell it in the States you know.) ;)

Meat is absolutely banned in any form--processed baby food would probably be OK.

Fruit & veggies are OK if it's processed--applesauce, canned veggies, fruit snacks, etc.

Grains, cereals, pasts, rices, bread and bakery products are fine.

Peanut butter, chips, nuts, and other snack items like that are fine.

If you are bringing your dog or ferret, make sure you've got the up-to-date rabies proof--IIR it can't expire less than a month from the date you enter the States. I have no idea what the regulations are for cats.

Have a safe drive!

Anne

I suggest you post this question in the Canadian forum. Many people there have lots of experience in this.
