I assume you have never worked in food service. You don't want to know what goes on in restaurants across america. You'd never eat in another one again.

My X-wife is a Restaurant manager and a Chef and its not as bad as people make it out to be. If it were more people would be getting sick.

I think that often times there are large differences in the quality and cleanliness that you might find at a fast food joint/buffet restaurant and a nice sit-down restaurant.

My experience comes from working in restaurants 20 years ago, and being in many, many, many restaurants "back stage" for work, either open doors, or checking on alarms, or taking reports, or what have you.

You just have to put it out of your mind and think about rainbows and unicorns.
