Needed to call this afternoon because when I made a reservation last week I inadvertently used points from the wrong contract (I have two contracts at the same resort and one had points banked in from a previous UY, which were what I wanted to use). Got through with no hold after entering my info, and the CM I spoke with was able to fix it in less than five minutes! I know others have had issues with long waits on hold, difficulty getting things accomplished, etc. but this was really smooth and very much appreciated. Just thought it would be good to post about a time when things went well.
