Outside Vendor Rental Strollers at Universal Hotels

After my last WDW trip, they stopped allowing outside vendor stroller rentals to be dropped off and picked up at the resorts' Bell Services, you have to meet the delivery person yourself. It's not as much of a problem for drop-off as it is for pick-up, as you could potentially miss your return flight if the vendor doesn't come to get it in time. Does Universal offer the courtesy of handling third-party strollers at Bell Services, or should I plan to pick it up/drop it off at the airport? Thanks!

We stayed at Portofino bay during the summer and they just had us leave the stroller in a room in front with valet. We didn't have to meet anyone for pick up. We had the strolled dropped off at an off site hotel I think is was a Marriot(split stay), we didn't have to meet anyone it was left at bell services.

We have done this several times in the past 17 months and we pick up and leave the stroller at bell services. Very convenient. No problem at any hotel.

Thank you! Gotta say, I think USO is eating WDW’s lunch on keeping things customer-friendly. If they launched a complimentary ride service like Magical Express soon I would laugh.
