We may be making a trip to Walt Disney World next summer. However, for this trip, we may not purchase any park tickets as we never get to do anything outside of the parks because we always have too many park plans. So, what are your favorite restaurants outside of the parks? We've done Mickey's Backyard BBQ, 1900 PF, and Chef Mickey's that we don't want to repeat.

want to try o'hana, have heard it is great. Love the Wave. Lots of good places at Disney Springs, Puck's express, boathouse, raglan road.

In my opinion, the best restaurants are definitely not in the parks. Are you looking for signature dining or something more caual? We love Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian, Artist Pointe at Wilderness Lodge, and Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge for signature dining. For more casual, Sanaa at AKL is wonderful, especially for lunch since you're guaranteed daylight to see the animals right outside the restaurant. My hidden gems to escape the crowds are the Grand Floridian Cafe and the Wave at the Contemporary. Both never seem to be full despite having good food and service.

Thanks. Not looking for signatures as we have 3 kids in the party and a couple of others that the experience would probably be wasted on. I might have to try Sanaa- I've tried the buffet at AKL and it was wonderful and I don't think I've ever heard anyone speak poorly of Sanaa.

D-luxe Burger, TREX, and Wolfgang Pucks Express (the one in the marketplace section) in Disney Springs, Cape May at BC, Kona at Poly.

I've eaten at Boma, Sanaa, Kona, Whispering Canyon, Olivia's, Wolfgang Puck Express, Paradiso 37, Art of Animation food court, Captain Cook's for pulled pork nachos, Citrico's & Big River Grille, and enjoyed them all. I am looking forward to trying The Wave, and some of the new places at Disney Springs, particularly Homecoming, Frontera Cocina & DLuxe Burger.

Kona, The Wave, Sanna, WGP Express in the Market Place, Trails End, Beaches & Cream or The Fountain. I personally haven't tried all the new places at Disney Springs but there is SO Much that I'm not sure where I would start. They all look good.
I also love Sweet Tomatoes down the road on 535 just a bit south of Disney Springs (Cross Roads I think is the name of the plaza). I am a local and have one near me. It's a go to place that is very healthy and family friendly.
